This prevents anyone (except me) from stealing information.If you have paper documents, I recommend keeping them secured, redacting the sensitive information, or shredding the documents.

What I also like is the ability for screening tenants, they pay directly for their backgrounds, I don't see any personal/sensitive information and reports come in within minutes.
