Has Anyone Signed a NDA or Requested a NDA before?

Asked about NDA's last week, didn't get much of the feedback I'm seeking.

Not looking for legal advice, just want to know, when you signed the NDA or sent the NDA to someone, did it include the specific address of the property?

(I've just been saying "a property to be identified after signing", but agents have been refusing to sign it without the address. If I include address, it defeats the entire purpose, they now have knowledge of the off-market address before signing it.)
