House has been sitting for 2 years"She is telling you they are not desperate, but when they keep doing that, they know they are...and they know your are (should be) thinking the same thing, so they keep trying to convince you they are not desperate.If it were me, I'd tell her what I spelled out in a post on the first page, word for word, and then not contact her.
