For many years, I was told by friends, associates and even competitors that I "gave good phone" as I've learned to do most everything that I need to accomplish on the phone without personally meeting people, unless I chose to.

He also made multiple claims that his program is a huge secret and that his product outstrips any competitor in the real estate big data industry.   

I think USleads is a competitor, anyone use them and how do they compare on quality and cost?  

Fortune builder's great, I know of a competitor close to same price but they give you a coupon book to use that would save thousands on deals etc and unlimited boots on the ground unlike fortune builder's.

I met an investor who used one of our competitors and their agreement is 29 pages long plus they charge for every little change or extras.

So if I am mailing to absentee owners please offer some suggestions as to how to differentiate myself from my competitors.

My response to those types of listings is screw you right back, I'll take my money elsewhere, like to your competitors.
