Homes here are 3x cheaper than Seattle and there's a solid existing rental market with the Navy base. 

We've got great employers like Boeing, the Navy and Funko.6.

I have about a year left in the Navy; my goal is to set myself up to make investing my full-time gig to reach financial freedom.

So, my question is, if I refinance(current rate is 4.25%) my primary residence it to a lower interest rate (Navy Fed quoted me between 3.50%-3.75%), should I take all of the equity or only the total of the remodel cost for both bathrooms?
