New Investor moving from San Diego Back to Maryland

Hey all!

Tyler Schisler here. I fortunately bought my first home with a VA loan in San Diego back in 2015. Since 2015 i have made many renovations and the San Diego market has rocketed. I am excited to say I am putting my home on the market next month!

With the capital and knowledge i'll have gained from Biggerpockets @Brandon Turner and @David Greene, Along with many others, I can now say I am officially going to start my investing career back in Maryland.

I have been networking with other investor's back in the MD area and have just been studying the area's market. I am looking forward to a new chapter and the growth of my passion in real estate.

I am a Loving Husband, Father of 3 and Navy Veteran.

Thanks for any advice or Criticism as I transition into the New Investors battle ground!
