We had ring cameras and deadbolts installed, but they looters/criminals have removed the cameras now, and kicked in the doors. 

They will be the first to tell you if there are any issues.And lastly, have cameras on the exterior of the house so you can monitor it. 

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the cost.Hire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

The seller agreed to have the engineer come out but only to do a visual inspection, not a full inspection where they drill a small hole into the house and use a camera to actually see the structural integrity of the home.

Looking for an EXTERIOR camera that will allow me to remotely view the property - that can be recorded to a cloud/something in case I need the documentation.

And I had 4K cameras installed there when I lived there so most neighbors know it's like Fort Knox.My example shows how hard it is to gauge the classes.

Items need assembling, beds need to be made, trash needs to be disposed of (this is a bigger deal than you might think, an entire home's worth of cardboard boxes), you may need door locks or security cameras installed, wifi set up, tv's mounted and connected to the internet, kitchen needs to be set up functionally, sometimes remotes, light switches, etc need to be labeled.

But, there are other camera systems that scan directly into Autodesk. 

I have wifi thermostats, wifi water heater and hardwired commercial grade exterior cameras , but haven't changed from using a lockbox.
