Software to model renovations

Hey BP, a partner and I are looking to do basically a whole house Reno. My partner wants to get 3D renderings to help visualize the changes and different options. Does anyone use a software to help create visual representations? If so, what do you recommend?

    @Josh Simpson

    You doing just single family residences?  Or larger?

    I believe that Matterport has made its 3d capture portable into the Autodesk family of products.  I haven't used Matterport, however.  But, there are other camera systems that scan directly into Autodesk.  You can do all your design from there.

    But, that's overkill for "simple" residential property unless you are really proficient with the software and find that there is a real ROI after its expense.

    Sorry, i don't know others.  I'm sure they are out there.  Good luck.
