Should I be looking in El Portal?

Like there's a sinkhole or a portal to hell under the building...

They appear to be awesome on the surface and offer some great tools, but their sales practices are dishonest. 1.The sales associate Steve Martin told me on the phone that the access to the online portal would not expire on the phone (I even recorded the call).

Zillow has this something something portal where you can put your rental for free.I came across it yesterday...

It's strange but at least in CA where I am licensed, unless you are a paying member of the National Association of Realtors and therefor a member of your local association of Realtors, you are 1) not allowed to brand yourself as a "Realtor" and  2) you cannot have your own login portal to your local area MLS.

Looking at the portal and the events look promising.

By networking and engaging on our platform, you did more business than you did as a result of a big old ad spend on the big portals -- if that's not an endorsement of the power of BiggerPockets for both investors and agents/brokers, I don't know what is!
