Hi biggerpocketers, Anyone that uses cozy to collected rent. Is it automated ? Let's say I have 3 units and each unit has its own bank account can it deposit unit 1 to its own bank account 1 and unit 2 to its own bank account 2, etc Let me know how do you like cozy? I am surprised is free. Tried buildium but is too much for me. $45 a month for small landloard doesn't seems worth it for me. Any small landloard with 10 unit friendly management software that you Recomend ? Thanks !

@Liz C. I use Cozy for a couple units I manage myself. Very easy to use. Yes you can set it up with different bank accounts for different properties. The tenants are responsible for paying rent, but once rent is paid it automatically goes into your account after a couple days. Cozy now lets you track expenses as well as lets tenants submit maintenance requests via their tenant portal.
