@Syed AftabWell there are only 200M jobs here in USA so that must be globally We will consistently see AI replace lower wage jobs especially when minimum wage keeps increasing and it can be done faster and cheaper my computersLastly it’s not one event that typically causes a housing recession and in a global economy there are so many moving pieces it’s impossible to predict

I'm not certain if this would be specified in local residential code or not, but if a tenant is keen on that sort of thing especially with current global concerns, they may ask about it.Definitely just my opinions so don't take it as concrete.
