Will AI cause a housing recession?

Goldman Sachs released a reporting stating that 300 million jobs will be replaced or displaced by AI in the near future.  If this happens we will see a severe housing recession because people won't be able to pay rent or mortgage payments.  Anyone concerned about this?

The government is doing their best to create a recession...and they would cause it long before Allen Iverson!
