Does anyone have any tips for writing a comprehensive business plan?

Otherwise, my comprehensive background check was little more than a free people search for addresses.  

Here's how it works in Oregon so may or may not apply where you're at ...there's public access which basically gives you ability to view current active listings and then there's realtor access (much more comprehensive ... ability to view actives, pendings, solds, expireds, tax info, pricing history, do detailed searches, etc)... this access requires a real estate license and paying dues ... best bet if you want access and don't want to pay to get your license and all the affiliated ongoing dues, become friends with a real estate agent ...

Tim -If I need to teach you reading comprehension just to continue this debate, it's not worth it...Given the private messages I've received on this topic, it seems even those who normally agree with your philosophies believe you're just fabricating stuff here to maintain your argument (as usual)...So, as far as I'm concerned, my job is done.Have a "blissful" day

This is how I tend to think about scope of repairs (this is basic and not comprehensive, obviously):Cosmetic is the basic stuff that you see as you walk through the house, and the stuff that a good handyman or day-laborer could generally handle from a construction standpoint.As you move to the right of the chart, you get into the issues that are more complex, require specialized contractors and start to cost more.

The report is comprehensive with all the information I want, like credit score, rental history, criminal background, employment and verification. 

would like more comprehensive education on Real Estate Investing-no gimmicks and reasonably priced.  

The best way to sell a property, though, is stage the house, have PRO pictures taken and create a comprehensive description in MLS.  

Does anyone know where I can find a comprehensive checklist of safety-related items for rental properties?
