Been doing this for many decades.Eliminate any and all syrupy condolences. it you don't know the family, it's inappropriate and comes off as insincere when sent by stranger.Reduce the length of this letter by cutting out about 2/3 of the superfluous stuff.Your opening sentence is your "headline" and your Post Script is you Call to Action.The job of the letter is not to tell and sell.

I guess I will just write up a short 2-3 sentence paragraph that I can have the seller sign each time just in case something happens, I can pull that out and show that they were fully aware that I was not misusing my license nor representing anyone, in the transaction.

I didn't really agree with this article he wrote a while back, but his general message is outstanding.Any wealth building, including through real estate, comes down to this simple sentence, which you probably heard before:Spend less than you earn and invest the difference wisely.To me, there are three parts to that: Maximizing your incomeMinimizing your expenses Doing a good job at investing the differenceMMM focuses primarily on minimizing expenses.

Regardless of who wrote it, I would recommend reading a wide selection of listings in your area as well as others (think about choosing a few large markets as good examples- Phoenix/Scottsdale, Southern California, Austin Texas are a few good ones) and considering re-writing in complete sentences with descriptive phrases covering the most desirable aspects of the house.2.

I hope that I am wrong BUT I believe that some of the very big banks will first try their luck by selectively choosing a few loans to test foreclose Sub2 violations and then if they get the return they want, even if it's a performing loan, well you know the rest of this sentence!
