I've already begun to go through all the information and files available here on Bigger Pockets. 

I've moved around quite a bit (NV, UT, ID, WA, HI, Japan, UK) and recently begun putting down roots here in CO after returning from 4 years in England working for NATO.

With this in mind, my wife (also active duty) and I have begun looking into the Fort Collins real estate market.

I believe what he's referring to is the probate 'inventory,' but I'v gathered that for Milwaukee county this is a waste of time as the inventory is often not due until 18 months to two years after probate has begun.

I have no real estate experience but have begun my education through the BP Podcast and am reading my way through some business/investing books recommended here on BP.

In that month, I had begun building a team with some friends and associates - lumberyard chain owner, general contractor, real estate agent, and loan official (still seeking out attorney and tax consultant/accountant.) 

My wife and I are relatively new investors who have focused mainly on Dallas proper, but we have begun to research some neighborhoods up in your area for the future.

I haven't begun negotiation yet- Any thoughts, wisdom, advice, good dinner ideas, before I sit down with her and hash things out (I need to go grocery shopping tonight after I set up a negotiation time)?

I've begun looking into other markets and am considering doing some deals outside Phoenix for a little bit.
