Newbie from Denver (Littleton), CO

Hi everyone,

My name is Bryan. I've moved around quite a bit (NV, UT, ID, WA, HI, Japan, UK) and recently begun putting down roots here in CO after returning from 4 years in England working for NATO. I have very little background in real estate, but have started learning. My former home became my first rental property 4 years ago in Colorado Springs. I am now deciding if I want to keep that property or sell and buy another closer to me.

I found this site when I was searching for good reading material. For the moment, I am learning everything I can about investing. Right now my goal is residential homes, but that may change.

It's nice to meet you all and I'm sure we'll cross paths as I start getting more understanding and (hopefully) learning the right questions to ask.
