They always get me amped up about becoming an entrepreneur and RE investingMat

 I  am  an entrepreneur since the age of 12. 

Now I am trying to move to the next step and take equity out of my property to go toward purchasing more properties, but my only problem is find banks willing to take a chance on a young entrepreneur like myself; being that I just graduated college and am in debt from student loans (I can write a book about the OVERRATED-NESS of a Bachelors Degree).

I started following many entrepreneurs mainly in the internet marketing space and followed people like Pat Flynn from smartpassiveincome and Gary Vaynerchuck.

If you can show statistic that with subsidies you could provide competitive workspaces within the municipality that would not only attract entrepreneurs, employment, and enterprise to that municipality over the other ones you could also make the area a preferred destination.

@Christian Lopez - Credit Unions play by a different set of rules and are limited in what they can do for entrepreneurs, like us.  

Searching for some one that is willing to put there arm out for a young Entrepreneur, somone to show me some guidance in real eastate/investing.
