100% agreed here.And the only investment that I could ever find that is as "passive" as can possibly be.Just need a large enough bag parked at 5.2% and one can go to sleep lol

Obviously anyone can retreat to their bedroom, but as bedrooms are often setup for sleeping and minimal other activity they usually lack the space and furnishings to make a good hangout for older kids or parents.

Ever night I go to sleep not worried about what the night might bring.If you are going to go into management, I would suggest find some VA's and using on your own property ASAP. 

If you’re on a block of mixed use properties, you may have to rezone to turn the floor into a sleeping apartment.

Also, don't sleep on stopping.

Some folks are fearful by nature and sleep better knowing they have done everything they can to protect themselves, even though there is a significant cost.

If you're holding that card you can play it whenever you want and get an edge over someone else who doesn't hold that card.Just so you know, lowest capital requirements are 20k, then next level 50k, then in the baller markets you better be ready to be in for 100k in one deal and if that's your entire roll then plan on not sleeping for like 6 months as you worry about every little detail.If you, or anyone, really wants to build a foundation and get into a rhythm of doing 3 - 4 projects per year then you will need to mine the opportunity and it will take more than one market. 

Work, social life and sleep you'll hardly  know they are there.
