Where are all my fellow investors in Reading PA? Is Reading-phobia still a thing? Cash flow needle in the haystack!

Ok I do the same buy and hold as well and that definitely works there. It’s such a small compact city the only area of concern is the south side. However crime is actually much less there than say Wilmington De and Reading has 30 k more people. Lancaster used to have alot more crime 20 yrs ago and it turned and now im seeing the same things happening in Reading not to mention we know the rental market there has been amazing we get great tenants who pay only 1 or 200 month less than apartments rent for in lancaster. I could go on but i hate typing lol so if you are in town and would like to have coffee with us i would be happy to provide you with the answers to the test
