It's good to have certain information refreshed in our memory as we move through certain transactions and working deals.    

I am not comfortable owning something that, because of something that happened over night in the Japanese or European markets, is worth 25% less today then yesterday.

Also partially since I'm into anime/manga I'm currently learning Japanese.

The new listings fill the page of 100 faster then you can refresh the page, it's the entire LA Metrolopitan Area, no less - it's sadder then a sad joke.

I just loaded up on oops paint and rollers for next tenant refresh, but saw the electric painters may be quicker.

In an industry where the average agent just imitates what the other guys did, it's refreshing to me to see innovation like this.

I have a garage floor in an upcoming rehab (for resale) that I think would benefit from some kind of refreshing.

80 LTV is the current benchmark for investors (whether it be fractionalized or whole ownership) in either a FULL DOC or SIVA submission---there is a lender that use to go to 90 LTV for whole ownership in just FL, but I would need to refresh myself to determine if guidelines changes have occured.

It's very refreshing.
