Hello all,

This is a great site. I am looking forward to networking, sharing and learning. I get the distinct impression that this board fosters that environment unlike other boards I have read.

I'm married with small kids and was born and raised in California. I earn my bread as a Realtor but definitely have a more creative RE mindset then a typical real estate agent. In today's market, I have a special interest in REOs as I'm sure many people do.
