If the REIA meetings are what you intend on going to - which I personally don't make it out to too many of them, as I get bombarded with emails & people trying to sell me stuff, I'd skip out on a lot of the speakers and just network.

A few days later, I am bombarded by a strange man while I'm laying on my couch half naked, recovering from an operation I had a few days prior.

Im only 20 years old I feel like i wont be taken seriously as a "cash buyer", and thinking of being bombarded with questions i may have no answer to is holding me back.

Since joining BP and Connected Investor, I have been bombarded with Hard Money lenders and just was not sure if this was a feasible option. 

I have posted 2 apartments for rent over the past 2 months and i get absolutely bombarded with emails and calls expressing interest and asking to set up showings, I am overwhelmed.I just recently listed a 3 bedroom apartment for $1000/mo tenant pays utilities, w/d hookups in the unit, extra storage space and a nice back yard. listed 3 days ago, 75 people have contacted me and im running out of time and availability to show it to everyone thats interested, it just wont be possible. im in a small town in NH and im very new to real estate, but is this normal?

I then get bombarded with messages and i always reply back do you meet all requirements in the ad?

@Gregory Hiban without minimum standards, I would be bombarded with unqualified tire kickers.

When entering the house you immediately get bombarded with dogs and the smell of urine.
