Turns out Yoast Plugin was infected with a Pharma Hack.  

Set up a folder for each deal you do and only share that folder with the specific person you need to.If you want to send secure email, you again have to trust that the person on the other end isn't letting their eight year old install malware on their business laptop (true story) so that it gets infected and all your files get shared with hackers in another country.  

The history nerd in me was aware that for the 1918 Spanish Flu, one mitigating treatment was to inject an infected person with the plasma of a recovered person.

(Huge Red Flag but I carried on anyway)COVID 19 infected America in the begining of March 2020 as we were about 2 weeks in the Rehab process.

A huge portion of American workers simply don’t have the economic power to stay home, whether to care for family members or even give themselves a chance to recover from a viral infection, or the legal right to take off from work without losing their jobs or pay.

No sewer connection and no plans by my county to put one in in the near future.So...the biggest issue I try is to limit the number of tenants living there to limit the load on the system, encourage them NOT to pour every cleaning agent known to mankind down the drain and provide them with products to periodically "feed" the system regarding the bacterial content. 

Sometimes they don't eat the food, but touch it and make it infected.

Eastern Idaho has so far had very low infection results and 0 deaths from Covid 19.

My department was one of the few in the company that was considered essential, so I then spent the next 2 years trying to manage a team through establishing alternate work arrangements for social distancing, contract tracing, quarantine management due to exposure, isolation due to infection, reporting for OSHA requirements, teammates leaving the workforce, and trying to hire for the open positions.

Interview the new tenant and find out if they have traveled or if anyone around them has been infected.
