Did you complete your pages and then publish them all at once or did you add pages and posts as you went along?

About how long into the process did you start seeing action?

 I added them as I went along. Remember, I didn't know SEO when I started. I "figured it out" as I tested.

It took me 3 months from zero to ranking #1 in CT.

But knowing what I know now, here is how you should do it.

Work on the Home page, about us page, and the how it works page first and foremost.

Those 3 pages need to be SOLID!! It is not about backlinks, not about keywords, not about anything other than focusing on giving value to your traffic. You need to figure out what "value" means to your traffic. Figure that out and EVERYTHING else will fall into place.

Note: It is one thing to understand "value" and a completely different thing to present it in "website" form. Most people forget this part.

They have amazing content, all the text anyone needs to know... but if no one wants to read your content, you are not going to see any results!
