If you haven't, start with guests on the BP podcast, then look for that guest's podcast, then skim their episodes for guests.Also, look at various conferences and the speakers there, again you will get several 506(c) sponsors, but there will be 506(b) operators as well.

Ironically, before the last modifications of the forums were implemented, BP invited the main contributors to each forum to participate in a conference call with CEO Scott Trench to give feedback about the changes.
