For a female, though, I'd think of safety.  

For some reason because I'm female I'm not worth their time ...

I am starting to feel a little spooked because I am a 22 year old female who works from home and is alone here often as my partner works outside of the house during the day.

I'm not sure if yall addressed the emotional and psychological wears of stereotypical upbringing concerning the world of female breadwinners.

I'm a white female in her 30's in Central New Jersey.)80%+ of the lenders, wholesalers, investors and flippers I meet are men. 70%+ of the RE agents I meet are women.

I have since spoken with the female resident who states that the male claims that he is moving out, they are not married, and has no intentions of paying rent, however it sounds like he has been saying that for a while.

It gets critical they are now flying there once a month to collect the rent so its not stolen... they get to about 85% occ.. then it starts going the other way.. these are highly transient folks that live there.. and now its going south quick the units that go vacant need big turn over again.. after a 18 months of this they are back to 50% occ. and took an offer of 600k to let the next person who thinks they can manage D class in Memphis take  wack at it.I have seen D class in  Memphis you need it razor wired.. you need full time security and police presence.. it will be almost all female and kids 

Female has DVPO in place and male access to the property is with Sheriff Deputy only to obtain personal belongings.  

We also started a women's networking group for Chicagoland female professionals.Since becoming partners, we have not only accelerated our business, but we have improved our lives.  

A much more likely risk is your female property manager or real estate agent getting attacked during a showing.
