My main goal is to create multiple channels of active and passive income from real estate but for starters I'm looking at focusing on wholesaling alone, I'm not sure I should combine flipping with it cos they say you make a lot more money from fixing & flipping but as a new comer, is it ok to do both or should I just take it one at a time?
