I use a sump pump and 2 garden hoses to circulate the water through the coils of the heat exchanger. 

I personally love the Historic and Garden Districts of Temple - beautiful homes in a desirable neighborhood, but definitely older with their own set of unique 'challenges'.We have lots of homes for sale in Temple, but not all of them are a good investment.

We have solar power and garden space.

I lived there for 34 years & my family is still there & I am working on moving back within the next year.Depending on the type & style of neighborhood you are looking for will depend on the area.Eclectic/Trendy & Up coming Areas• Tower Grove Park(near Shaw Botanical Gardens)• Shaw Park• Soulard• Dog Town• Central West End• The Hill• University City• ClaytonThese areas will still have foreclosures and run down homes that are inexpensive to purchase and young people love to live in these areas because of the proximity of restaurants & other amenities.

Reserve and Gardens will have a lot of condos that are affordable. 

Westland is okay, Garden City, Canton,Ann Arbor.  

On the plus side it’s located a few minutes outside a major city and the other people tend to keep up their houses and it is quiet, it backs to green space with a large garden across the street and other parks nearby.
