My Tenant do much of the Gardening for their own self interest picking fruit and planting their own areas. my Led Common area lighting and extra security camera cost a little to start with but we have drastically lower energy cost and near zero problems.

I lived there for 34 years & my family is still there & I am working on moving back within the next year.Depending on the type & style of neighborhood you are looking for will depend on the area.Eclectic/Trendy & Up coming Areas• Tower Grove Park(near Shaw Botanical Gardens)• Shaw Park• Soulard• Dog Town• Central West End• The Hill• University City• ClaytonThese areas will still have foreclosures and run down homes that are inexpensive to purchase and young people love to live in these areas because of the proximity of restaurants & other amenities.

On the plus side it’s located a few minutes outside a major city and the other people tend to keep up their houses and it is quiet, it backs to green space with a large garden across the street and other parks nearby.
