Environmentalism and Real Estate

First time posting on here, so first of all wanted to say thank you for the opportunity to learn from everyone on this platform! I’m not even sure if this is the correct forum category, please feel free to recommend the appropriate one if this is not correct section. My question was what are the thoughts on sustainability/environmentalism as it pertains to being a Real Estate Investor and/or Landlord... Can being profitable and good for the environment coexist? And are there any good resources on this topic? Looking forward to everyone’s thoughts and comments! Much Appreciated
