Lokal Real estate does meet ups once a month I believe on Thursdays. Agents, investors and more tend to go and it's a good time to meet and network! Check out meetup.org for real estate groups. I'm planning on attending my first this Tuesday in Lake County. Meetup also has an android and iphone app if that's easier!

I've also heard of one called the Cleveland Deal Makers. I believe it's the 2nd Wednesday of every month, but I don't know where. From what I've heard, it's more geared towards whole-salers, but I'd go regardless. You never know what might happen! I haven't gone because I haven't been able to find any info on it.
That deal makers Meetup is basically local wholesalers pitching their properties with PowerPoint presentations. Some networking after, it is run by homevestors. You can find it on Meetup.
The Lokal one I haven’t been to but an acquaintance who knows what we do keeps telling me to go.
Ours is networking with no format, a side table almost broke into a cash flow 101 game this past month.
Then there are the REIAs, which have their own format and a cost.
