(SFR) Initiallly I provided stove or fridge, but most tenants bring their own.

Sell the double oven and fridge for $200 on craigslist.  

Fridge and hot tub were also included.We furnished the cabin without the “furniture allowance” rolled into the loan.

I updated the stove, but the fridge was in excellent condition, that is why I didn't buy a new one, but this might be something to consider.

They are in following order left to right:30X15(on fridge), 15X30(next to fridge), 18x20(over microwave, stove), 36x30 (next to mircowave), reusing previous crown molding thats about 10ft long.These are stock plain oak unpainted cabinets from Home Depot.

I can replace boards fairly inexpensively where water damage occurs (near the kitchen sink, fridge etc.).

Houses in my market are split about 50/50 with/without fridges.
