I spend my year in a few climbing areas. the forests of Eastern Kentucky, the Western Slope of Colorado. and the desert of Western Texas.

This means you can fly out at a decent time and back same day if you had to all the while being able to take care of whatever needed to be done.Once you add in layovers and and eastern time you're wasting an entire day just in travel and that adds up.You also have the subtle nuances that vary by location in terms of tenants rights vs landlord rights...Lastly, ever market has its own culture and some will fit you're personality better than others.

Also, as others have mentioned, Eastern Washington still holds a lot of promise.

No Genny i currently know one person who is homeowner but rents out the home with panels on eastern shore.

I'm also interested in investing internationally, especially in Poland and other Eastern European countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia, etc.) where prices are still cheap, but growing hand-in-hand with their growing economies.

Moving back home to the Eastern Shore of Va, about an hour south of Ocean City, Md.
