Hello from Eastern CT!

Hello BP members!

I have been following this site for quite awhile and finally decided to make my account today and introduce myself. I am a young investor from Eastern Connecticut. I currently own a three family that I purchased and completely renovated two and a half years ago (at 19) and convinced my parents to purchase a four family as a retirement investment (Just finished that rehab, phew). In the short time I have been investing I have found it very rewarding, and at times stressful. While my friends go out and have fun, I'm at my property, rehabbing, or researching my next move. I enjoy working to improve properties an seeing how I can transform them. I am also a licensed agent in CT so it helps accessing properties easily. I would like to thank everyone for their info on these threads and look forward to contributing now.
