Tom N.Been a LL for a long time and do exact as you say, if there are existing appliances, tenants can use, I will not repair or replace, but will remove.If tenants don't have appliances I can recommend used appliance places a stove is about $150, with delivery, set up, 1 yr warranty and removing old appliance, pretty hard to beat.

Usually, posting on the door will do or delivery to any adult occupant.

What about package delivery?

Call some local oil companies and see if they had the address on their delivery records and if so was it an underground tank 

I think you should give option of fridge and let them know delivery is 3 days.. photo of the item from a big box store is all you need.. 

A new cistern is around $10,000 + water delivery for life and treatment is between $800-6,000 depending on who I believe plus ongoing maintenance and filter replacements.

I tried getting an amazon locker directly from amazon but I guess my location doesn’t qualify.Does anyone know and can recommend a package delivery/return system similar to the amazon locker, but that can work with all delivery vendors such as amazon, ups, fedex, usps, etc?

At least here in SoCal there is. consider 2 container fulls. we pay 500 for 40 yard here but we have delivery fees like 150/150 for pickup and dropoff
