Oil Tank Sweep - Monmouth County

Hi all!

I'm in the process of buying a sfh in Monmouth County, and was hoping for recommendations on companies who do thorough oil tank sweeps.  I did have a company run a sweep yesterday, and unfortunately I was unable to be there with them due to work.  My realtor went to the property to let them in, and told me that they were in and out in about 10 minutes, which gives me pause.  Also, in the letter that the company issued (indicating that no tank was found), they state that they cannot scan in areas with "excessive vegetation" and/or patios or decks.  The whole lot is overgrown, which could potentially have reduced how much of the property was scanned, and there is also a deck off of the back of the house, which frankly seems like just the area where a tank could be.

I called the town to see if there were any permits on file from a past removal, and there were none.  The house was built in the early 1950's, and there is a small creek near the property, so I'd like to be 1000% certain that I'm covering all of my bases.  Thanks so much for any input or suggestions!
