We watched YouTube videos and read different websites containing reviews that were almost scripted to what we were witnessing and that's when we decided to skip the last day.

As you have witnessed there are some really good people here in this community who are willing to help where they can.

Judging the free market on what we are witnessing presently is akin, in my opinion, to judging a fish on it's ability to climb a tree.

The PM would likely testify as a witness in the proceedings about things like unpaid rent or other lease violations (or whatever the basis is for the UD lawsuit) so the owner doesn't have to personally appear in court. 

However, the other tenants who reported to the management company didn't want to bear witness and new tenants who moved in less than a month requesting for termination.
