Newbie living in Indianapolis
Hi, My name is Augusta and I am a nomad. I currently live North of Indianapolis and I have a day job as a physician which occupies about 60% of my time. When I'm off I listen to the bigger pockets and half a dozen related podcasts.
I would like to spend some of my time learning what I can about real estate, what makes a good/not so great deal. What parts of town are easy to break into for new investors, purchasing foreclosures etc. That said, I know relatively little about real estate investing. I am open to the many great ideas and cautiously excited about the prospects. The ultimate goal would be multiplex investing/ownership.
Looking forward to networking here!
