If you don't have it there it's time to add it.I would add a charge for them coming to get a key from you, re-lock, and a really high price for going to property and letting them in after hours.You set all these prices and list them in your lease so there is no arguing later.

@Oz Pariser Okay, so I prefer networking a lot more than direct mail but think of this, which songs can you probably sing really well... if you listen to the radio, the ones that are played there.

I don't knock people for going with the big boys for longer fixed rate terms at good rates, but the long term benefits of building a relationship with a portfolio lender shouldn't be ignored.

Now, a math check might involve validating (1) your assumed values, (2) that you're focusing on the evaluation metrics that matter to you, and (3) the calculation method for going from assumption inputs to your evaluations outputs.1.

for going through that first lesson - now I cant find that part.  

I don't believe anyone is lesser in anyway for going or having tried one of the scams with the hope for a better future or trying to achieve success.
