Many of these are white collar and tech jobs, as well as some higher profile sports projects. 

I would have to disagree , the professional contractors I know live in $500K plus homes , have beach houses , motor homes , a couple have nice sport fisherman boats.  

I was hoping to convert into a sports complex.

New Bern sports it's largest school being Craven Community College with about 2600 enrolled students in 2020, of which about 27% are full time students. 41 Students graduated in 2020, which was about 30% of the class.

Branson has a lot of sporting events held in town too, including basketball, ball games and archery.

If we can bring capital to this state we need to focus on that...I think we should always remember the 3 C's...there is opportunity abound in this state...And I'll brag on Cleveland any day...incredible architecture, a world-class market, great sports teams, awesome breweries and the lake in the summer is too good to be true.

If you walked up to Michael Jordan and said, "I want to be learn sports" he would walk away.

Beautiful college town with plenty summer and winter sports making it excellent for short term rentals.

I'm not the biggest sports fan but I've heard that it is an experience nonetheless.  

Think Bike fests, Spring break, Conventions, youth sporting tournaments and so much more.
