20 year old college student looking for a real estate mentor

Tucker Myers
Posted

Hello everybody! I am a college student in Colorado looking for someone to help guide me and teach me how to become a successful real estate investor. I have a great career lined up once I graduate in December 2023 and have an ambitious mindset about my future. I aim to have $5,000,000 worth of real estate by the time I turn 30. This is an achievable goal for me. If anybody can help me with my future and share some examples of how you did it, I would be extremely grateful.

Hi Tucker!

I am also a student soon to graduate and interested in real estate investing ASAP. My advice would be don't just outright ask for a mentor, as this may turn people away as it is a big responsibility. Start with networking, attend local meetups, use BiggerPockets, etc. In my experience over the past few months, you'd be shocked how many people in this industry are willing to help! Continue to make connections, and one of those may just be your future mentor.
