That would be a deciding factor.I would suggest $1M in Liability limitsOne thing to note - American Modern is an insurance carrier like All State, State Farm, etc. 

I then sent the NY State Inspection to the Town & my Ins Carrier.

Jason, I would also add most insurance carriers will not insure a foreign entity. 

Though they can last 15 to 22 years, most carriers now will only allow 10 to 15 years old on 3 tab to underwrite a policy.

A captive agent can only sell his brand like State Farm, Allstate and Farmers.An independent agent contracts directly with carriers and will have fifteen or more companies to choose from.

With carrier crackdowns and a new election cycle coming up, I wonder how much longer people can continue to do cold texting.
