Hello,

I'm looking for some guidance on purchasing a pre foreclosure subject -to. 

What documents do you need? 

My understanding is a contract , title search , warranty deed ,signed and notarized ,then record the deed? 

Where do you record the deed? Am I heading in the right direction? Any further guidance or assistance will be much appreciated.
