They are in a neighborhood where I want to buy and hold for rent, all in desirable locations.My plan was to send a postcard or letter to her home address and then state that if I will call to follow up in a week's time if I do not hear from her... is this a good plan or should I man up and just call from the beginning.Also, what should I say, should I state that I know she is "behind in payments" or just simply say that I am looking to buy in the neighborhood and I saw that she owns a couple properties....
