Hello, my name is Rancliffe. I live in northern Virginia. New to investing in real estate. I am very interested in buying my first rental property before December 31st, 2013. I am most interested in purchasing a multifamily property in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC. I have a background as a kitchen designer. I launched my first postcard direct mail campaign November 1st, targeting absentee owners of single family rentals in Northern Virginia. Still waiting on results.

I too continue to focus on the DMV area although I moved to NJ. I have a rental there in MD and knew rentals were a good thing because of all the prospects knocking at my door. Hope to find more and be like @Brad Chandler :)
