We have several levels of security including background check and ID verification tools that may not exist with our competitors but we definitely take very seriously.I think investors can do what you've done on their own, with one or two properties.

For property management you builduim competitor like Appfolio Realpage bought them.

It is kind or tuff finding deals now-a-days because the inventory is kind of low right now and it tends to be a seller's market so be aware of that and cash competitors will be who you are fighting against.  

Our borrowers have been having success working with us or a competitor to fund their project and then go to a bank for a refinance. 

The down side to using a large mail house is that often you've got competitors using them in your market.

Two of our competitors in Las Vegas, who do less volume than us, have an insurance company that funds their deals.

I found www.reivault.com but I would be interested in knowing/researching if they have any competitors who do the same thing. 

That way if you have a bad experience with one in a given market, you've already been doing business with their competitor in a different market and you can easily fire them and go with one you've already been working with.
