I also think buyers and sellers alike aren't sure what will happen so if there isn't a huge amount of interest in a unit then you will be in a better position as the buyer if the seller has to sell.When the HST tax came into effect several years ago there were a few months when there was a pause in the market and then when people realized it wasn't going to have much of an affect on price it picked right back up.

He briefly mentioned the Right to Show Clause: that the buyer reserves the right to show property prior to settlement for purpose of selling, renting or leasing, and the seller agrees to permit access to buyer at anytime up to date of settlement.If anybody has any experience with this, I would love to pick your brain and learn how I can utilize it.Thanks!

Say that mortgage is 150k and at this time they tell you they would lend you up to 500k, if you pick up another rental property exactly the same, with the same mortgage of 150k, rent 2k, etc etc, will that cut the max they would lend you to 350k?
