Want to Learn While Adding Value

Hello,

I am new to BP and have found a lot of very useful information, I am located in the Northern VA metro area and would like to learn while adding value to someone's REI team. My goal is to start wholesaling then move to buying and holding properties for cashflow. I currently have a full time job but I am willing to work after and on weekends to attain the knowledge that I need. I have read the forum posts about finding a mentor, and I want this to be a win/win for both of us. I am very eager to learn and to start grinding to build my business. If you are a seasoned investor or have had a success wholesaling I look forward to speaking with you.

That helps alot, Steve. What tiype of homes are you looking for, as it seems that you are an investor yourself? I'm new to this and I'm trying to get my first deal going. I'm in Kissimmee, Fl. and I have a few properties looked up and trying to find the owners now.
