I noticed my text messages and phone calls to his cell were rejected on Friday saying incoming messages/calls are disabled - I also tried from a different number and got the same results; fiancé said his cell phone has been missing since the car accident.  

I don't like threads like this because they tend to highlight stories of obviously disabled tenants with mental illness or psychological disorders.

The states are sending checks now, student loan forgiveness is massive...another $500 billion that impacts 37 million people, and the doubling of the child tax credit will surface again.Inflation was caused by massive stimulus, supply chain disruptions, going to war, not enough drilling, limited immigration for 1-2 years, 2-4 million extra early retirees, 2-3 million extra people on disability due to long covid, and 1 million more people passed away (some of which were workers). 

What client base do you serve (students, adults with disabilities, seniors, etc.)?

The VA loan isnt that great unless you are a disabled vet, and thus have the VA funding fee waived.

RentRedi is now asking me to now collect this fee from the tenant, who says the card was perfectly valid and should not have been rejected by RendRediRentRedi has now disabled my landlord account and my tenants can't pay their next month's rent.

I think people are tired of growth men acting like they would be a disabled monkey with a crayon in his mouth trying to make art without a woman.

Be careful about how you answer the vouchers for section 8 question, as ever since HB20-1332 passed here in 2021, source of income is a protected status for tenants just like race, color, religion, national origin, disability, sex, and familial status. 

Hopefully one day Ill go the licensed route and be able to care for our elderly or disabled. 

The federal fair housing act protects tenants from discrimination on the basis of "race, color, religion, national origin, sex, elderliness, familial status and disability."
