Rooming/Boarding House.  Transient Lodging.  Looking to connect with anyone (in ANY state) that has experience (good, bad, ugly) with Rooming Houses.  I am a seasoned investor, but wanted to acquire a little more information about the process for some clients of mine.  Thanks in advance for reaching out!

I've had experience with rooming houses for about 5 years. Would love to answer any questions you might have. In short, crazy cash flow with problems that can be minimized if you are proactive.
