My primary concern was if the tenant downloaded some illegal music or something else I could be fined for or the fiber equipment could be damaged, under this arrangement, I am not in charge of the account used to login to manage the google fiber connection or the equipment that's used at the residence.Hope that helps anyone interested in doing so themselves.

Some people just don't want to be complainers, or they assume you know about the problem and choose not to do anything about it.I had a tenant who someone complained about for having friends over and they'd play acoustic music into the wee hours of the morning.

Win-win.At any rate, if you have law students or med students or other grad students (preferably not theater or music majors - they're flaky party animals), see if there is an off-campus housing listing for their grad students, or go talk to them about how to advertise to their grad students.You have to be careful how you word advertising on Craigslist or anywhere, though.
